21 November, Kathmandu. While the people's representatives elected in the November 4 election are preparing to enter the Parliament, the General Secretary of the Federal Parliament, Bharatraj Gautam, has made a controversial decision.
After he sent a letter to the President's Office, the Prime Minister's Office, the Supreme Court and other agencies saying that the impeachment proposal against Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jabara, which was started by the previous House of Representatives but was not finalized, was ineffective because the new elections of the House of Representatives had taken place, the legality of that letter has been questioned.
